yes this is quagmire from the family guy series :D...i dont know if anyone has done this before ^_^...(quagmire has black hair but in the salon you dont get all the hair choices as you do with different colors) that basicly means i couldnt get the perfect hair for quagmire...but..what ever vote high! giggity giggty goo!!!

I understand it's a cosplay, but it's incrediblly
simple and still lacks things. Like the first
commenters, there's no big chin. The tan should
not be there. Nice attempt, but it's still kinda
