Like the lowly pawn, she was a foot soldier, meant only to stay on the field and to kill or be killed. Feline-vampires are hybrids, born for war.
However, this soldier has her own sense of worth, and knows she is destined for greatness.
She gathers weapons from the fallen to better arm herself, for one cannot seek power without knowing how to get the most from whatever one finds.
Even the flower in her hair is poisonous, for beauty can be deadly as well.
