- As one of the top gain housing critics i am rating this house a 3/5 as it lacks the value of its space and wouldent be practical for having gains walk around in a javascript zone, it does appear costly however i cannot value it as i dont specialize in gothic items and there are TOO MANY gothic items here, to the eye it looks worth around 20-25k
