The head is perfect, I'm even willing to accept black hair over the dark blue/purple since I always found those interchangeable. The rest unfortunately doesn't look right. Don't get me wrong, it looks really nice and cool as an original design, but as far as a cosplay the outfit isn't very accurate. Based on the video and gif posted, both the designs and colours don't match the reference.
