Alternia's most feared seadweller, he strikes fear into the bloodpushers of whatever young troll he walks past, his silhouette reminiscent of an Imperial Drone. Unfortunately, for whoever knows him... He's more of a desperate fool with that outfit. It screams desperation for some sort of affection.
