- Well, thank you for the feedback, buuut I got heavily criticized last time for the hair being wavy-- and about the mouth. I couldn't find any smile that actually worked. The green part is something I can't control-- and the grass is sort of part of the background. Thanks though.

The waist. with all of the grass, the alp item, you could have done without
The skirt. in your ref it shows a dark red, where as yours is bright. I understand in the anime and such it is lighter but, for people who don't know this character. It wouldn't seem right.
The mouth. Asuna is a character who is brave and smiles so that stern mouth is kinda mehh - Report As Spam

I love the character choice c:
I only have a few problems with the avatar.
The hair, the color of it, the length and the fact that there is no braid on it. I think that is a pretty key part of her. There is a hair on here that has it I believe.
The arms. They are a tad too clunky and metal..y? It's too much compared to the reference picture.
The neck area. I don't understand the green there and the colored part of the neck. I'm sure it was something that could have been covered up.

While everything else is pretty spot on, I think you need to provide reference pictures on why you have the Plumbob on her; telling someone to watch the series isn't really proper explanation. Everything else, though, is very accurate to your reference picture.
