Personally my favorite form of raven. I know the first 2 things going to be called out are the blue in the hair and the skirt. Other use lady justice but in this form his jacket may be short but its a complete one not torn or spiked like in Veteran Commander so this is the better choice with my price limit. The blue in the hair in my opinion for a good price this is the best way to do ravens hair in this form because it is spiked and long also messy.
