Also known as Junior Tranier (Female), she started out in the original Red, green, and Blue versons of the well known pokemon games. Her title was later changed to Picnicker and was in every game until the recent Black and White versons. Picnickers are seen with a wide variety pokemon but are similar in the sense that they are usually "cute" pokemon.
This Picnicker is based off the Fire Red and Leaf Green verson.

- That's really cute. XD Expanding the image a little, it looks likes she is wearing shoes with straps. I think Jadeleaf Dragon shoes or Neon Hightek Sandals and white mid sock would look a little closer. Everything else looks great!
