Description:
Milo from Disney's Atlantis: The Lost Empire. This is from the beginning scene where Milo after receiving two notices stating his meeting had not only been moved up to an earlier time, but due to him missing it his proposal had been rejected. Not one to give up, he dashes after his boss Mr. Harcourt, one of the heads of the Smithsonian Institute in the hopes of being heard. Even going so far as to jump on the man's car and resigning if he rejected his proposal.
