She is Gekkoukan High School's valedictorian and the student council president and is part of the school fencing team. She is one of the most respected and popular students at the school. After graduating from Gekkoukan High, Mitsuru went to college and is a part of the social elite. She came to Inaba in order to look for something and sent an invitation to the P-1 Grandprix to Akihiko.
