The Third Doctor is the third incarnation of the protagonist of the long-running BBC television science fiction series Doctor Who.
I realize the shirt looks busy, I was unable to find a single piece top that replicated the white V-pattern found on his outfit, so I layered several items to accommodate for both the proper shape and length.
