He received the title of emperor, as he is the strongest Tsviet. He is the elder brother of Nero the Sable, and they are very close to each other.

I went with these because Weiss has gunblades and like his, the barrel of the gun goves up the backside of the blade.
But yes, they're more like squall or lightning's - Report As Spam

- Hair is fine, everything else but the pistolera. They look more like squall's kind of gunblade than what Weiss used. His looked my like sword with an angled blade. 4/5
