- Actually if you'll pay attention to her description she's cosplaying a character wearing leather armor. So technically she is cosplaying not a character but an outfit. (IF you want to get really technical you make your own character in game so she could be cosplaying her own character.)

Actually this looks closer to Ranger patrol armor. With a few adjustments this could be a really really good NCR Ranger in Patrol Armor. I recommend removing the dog its a bit out of place. However with what you are trying to cosplay here its perfect. Im not going to mark you down for lack of ref pic because everyone should know fallout just because its epic.
