She is the current pilot of Buster Machine Dix-Neuf, the oldest buster machine still working.
Nono, an airhead really, looks up to her and tends to annoy her, despite her relatively blank expression.

- Already answered the darker skin suggestion-at least 3 times...the next darker skin is slightly too dark.
