Lord of Fire Ozai (from Avatar - The Last Air Bender)
Ozai is married to missing Queen Ursa with whom he had two sons: the eldest son Zuko and his younger sister Azula. His father was the Fire Lord azulona and his grandfather was the Fire Lord Sozin, both deceased.
The current Lord of Fire is a highly authoritarian and arrogant tyrant, and has a huge thirst for power. Ozai is also a master of fire into the fold.
