Dead Master is the antagonist in the OVA anime series Blackā
Rock Shooter. She is the "other self" of Takanashi Yomi. She has wavy black hair and straight bangs, and neon green eyes. Like all of the "other selves", she has a circle pattern in her eyes. Her weapon of choice is a large scythe with an unusually-shaped blade and a long handle with vertebra-like detail. Most of the time she is accompanied by two skulls, each with glowing cavities.

I tried to make her horns the best I could, but Gaia doesn't have anything EXACTLY like them... so... And I couldn't find a better scythe.
As for the skulls, there were none that looked like Dead Masters... so yeah. 8D; and I know the skulls look completely different but it's the best I could find.
