This is the right arena.
She's blatantly shown in a cutscene in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.
The clouds really give the heaven feeling. MARIIAAAAAAA!!!

- No Maria shows up in Sonic Adventure Battle 2 and Shadow the Hedgehog. But you need a reference picture; there are likely others who will assume this is not a Sonic character but an OC because you did not put a reference image
