The thing is.. Using 'School girl' Items to cosplay a school girl character is a bit over done.
Who DIDN'T Use the magical girl to cosplay sailor moon characters? >__>
Going back, I dont think I'll vote for this one.
mainly because it's too simple, and not very accurate. some items could have been better. Maybe a background?

- if you go by the manga she does have brown eyes. different hair style and socks instead of stocking would be good.
