The quirkiest time traveler in the universe returns to protect space and time from all manner of alien, mutant, and mechanical fiend in his 11th body! Despite his changing face and revolving companions, two things always remain the same: His police box-disguised time-traveling ship, the Tardis, and his sole utility, the sonic screwdriver (represented here by a scalpel; sorry). I know it's minimalistic, but it's a pretty accurate representation nonetheless.
