My favorite Greek goddess is Artemis.
She is the goddess of the hunt, wild, animals, purity and virgins and is often assosiated with the moon. She is the "tomboy" of the Olympian goddesses and never married, in fact she hated men. She protected the woods and opposed to hunting as a sport. She had a twin brother Apollo, who was the god of prophecy, music, intellectual pursuits, healing, plague, and sometimes, the sun.

- To all of you wondering about "the dog" in the avatar, Artemis always hunts with hounds. Unfortunately the only dog that looked "hound-like" was Chloe the puppy. The item The Grace of Artemis has a hound but its really expensive.
