- For a needle, you could have used the Syringe pose from Reve Rouille or SDPlus #139, Dr. Winston. Also, a reference picture would help.

- everything roboticbubbles said is spot-on, but there is a needle item. sure, its huge, but it would work better. nontheless, this is still not the best way to portray her
