During the end of the fourth arc in the Sailor Moon manga series, the sailor senshi get their fifth and final upgrade. Most of these final forms are known as the 'Eternal' forms; Eternal Sailor Pluto but it is known as Sailor Star Pluto after the translation in the original manga. - Sailor Pluto is my favorite!!! Anyway, I don't like the hair, and there are other boots that you could have used. But overall it's pretty good.
