Description:
Some know her as Wicked Lady but other know she is really Rini! Rini was tricked into thinking that no one ever loved or cared about her by The Wise Man of the Nega Moon. In her greif she became this alter ego known as Wicked Lady.
I know she is supposed to have puffy tranparent sleeves but there really isnt any item that would go on under the dress to make it look right. If there is anything you think I should add please tell me - Date: 09/05/2009

You know, just because there was already a winner doesnt mean anything. If she wants to cosplay Wicked lady, she can. Its her choice.
Anyways, might I suggest a red top for underneath the dress if possible? ^^

- ALso once again, I didnt not see "the winner" you people keep talking about. I dont care if thay did better than me. I wanted to make the wicked lady because I love her, she is one of my favorite Sailor moon characters and I have enough money to waste to enter the arenas, so i choose to do so.
