Captain Planet from the series Captain Planet. He draws his strength from the sun and clean water. He catches this through the yellow planet on his chest. He is weakened my pollution and will be unable to recharge if the symbol on his chest is covered with pollution.
His coloring from image and episode goes from a deeper blue to a light blue to a very pale blue/white.

I LOVED Captain Planet!
You got the hair spot-on, but you could have used "cheerful" eyes and a better smile. 'The Cap' always had that 'spark' of life in his eyes, like the life force of the Earth itself. - Report As Spam
