Genetically enhanced & artificially infused with magic, Celes the general of the Gestahlian Empire before she joins the party. She is the starting character in the World of Ruin. Celes has both contrasting & similar traits to Terra Branford, & both are able to learn magic spells without the aid of Espers.
Celes has long, blond hair, with a headband worn underneath. Her sprite shows her wearing green & white armor with blue boots.
