Description:
Undine, the Maiden of the Mist, appears in an amphibian-like form, with completely blue skin and "clothes" that seem fused to her skin and is one of the Sylvaranti Summon Spirits. Residing on a small island known as "Thoda" famous for its geyser, she is the Summon Spirit of Water.
Undine makes a cameo in many of the Tales games; my version of her is from Tales of Symphonia on GameCube.

- Looks beautiful! That's the closest Undine I've seen, at least. You're kinda screwed when it comes to the skirt anyway, but at least you tried. 5'd!
