- I'd say it is a cosplay because shes dressed as a character that someone else made which there is a picture for. save up your money and buy better stuff before submitting again. good try anyway 3/5

Sadly, this is not a cosplay unless this "Reaper Girl" is from a certain anime, manga, game, etc.
With a good description and making the avvie a bit less...cheap, then it might too okay in the Original Arena. - Report As Spam
