No, the 9 tailed fox is inside Naruto.
1. Headband?
2. Top is green, bottoms are navy, not all black.
3. There is no kunai seen, so there should not be one included.

Wow, a LOT of you guys are putting wrong facts. To correct some people.
1) The third hokage sealed Orochimaru's jutsu.
2) Uzumaki is from his mother Kushina.
3) The nine tails is sealed inside Naruto, not eight.
4) Minato "basically" trapped part of his soul inside of Naruto so if the nine tails would ever break the seal and take control of Naruto, he would appear and seal the nine tails, but can only do it once. - Report As Spam
