Neliel is a child-like arrancar who develops an attachment to Ichigo and starts following him. When Nel runs into Nnoitra (Aizen's 5th espada and Nel's former enemy) he begins to torture Ichigo. Nel's despair causes her to transform into her forgotten, true form- the former 3rd Espada.
I'm aware that Nel aquirred her scar later -but its a tradmark of hers. I know Nel has been done, which Bleach charater hasn't? If you take the time to look, I did make it diffrent than any single one.
