While I'm not actually a fan of Pikachu myself, I have to admit that this cosplay is really well done. I honestly think this is the best Pikachu you can make with Gaia's limited items, though maybe the clown makeup would work better for the cheeks?
IDK Anyway, this is definitely going in my favorites. Maybe if I keep it there long enough then I can evolve it! xD I kid of course.
