I know, right? Nah.. I couldn't pull off the one of her face falling off, or else I would.
And to Jinxi, I mentioned this previously in another comment. I couldn't find the right reference picture for this cosplay.
However, if you've seen Repo! The Genetic Opera, you'd know that it's Amber Sweet in her dress at the festival. It's what she wears when she's yelling at Blind Mag.
