This is Vash the Stampede from Trigun;
He's carrying wolfwood's cross (He gets it towards the end).
He has his glasses, his gun, his coat; Everything.
Even as a bonus, if you look closely, you can see the Black Kitty on his back (Thats Kuronekosama, if you watch the anime, you'll see him hanging around throughout the story).
