- Description: Perona is one of the major antagonists of the Thriller Bark Arc in he anime One Piece. Her devil fruit is the "Horo Horo no mi" which allows her to conjure up ghosts. This is my second Perona entry, I've changed the hair and the crown. Please rate fairly, even if you hate One Piece.
