Description:
Allen is a young protagonist and a newcomer to the Black Order, the Vatican's aforementioned demon hunting association. Allen's Innocence takes the form of a giant metal arm which he uses to dispatch Akuma with ease. Its size and durability also make it an adequate shield against the Akuma's bullets, both for himself and bystanders, his left eye bears a curse that allows him to see the shackled souls of any Akuma. He is therefore the only exorcist that they cannot hide from in human form.

Very creative usage of the Ice Gauntlet and the Elemental wings. I hadn't thought of using those as Allen's arm. I'm impressed.
Just a little tid-bit, Allen doesn't wear a dress. razz
