The Millennium Earl seems to be nice guy with a cheerful attitude as he gives u big grin but he tricks people who mourn lost loved ones into resurrecting them, turning them into Akuma(Demon Machine) that he controls and uses to kill. If u look closer behind the cheerful look u might see his malevolent looking eyes. Look now hes about to make a deal with Scuppers...

- Really awesome! I love his grin and the fact you didn't forget Lero. The touch of the background and the heart are crucial for the character. Also the scenery you created, in the middle of the act of creating an akuma. Briliant!!
