- Artist: Seijuro the Fallen Dragon
- Description: As one of the first members of his class to reach the rank of Jounin, Neji is one of the most reknowned ninja in Konoha. His skills include mastery of the Byakugan, which afford him almost 360 vision and the ability to see the flow of chakra. The name "Neji" is a play on the word "screw," which most likely refers to his "Kaiten" technique where he releases chakra from his body and spins rapidly to repel incoming attacks. This is a cosplay of Neji as an ANBU member. Hope you like it!

- What is this s**t? This is the cosplay arena. There isn't a such thing as "Anbu Hyuuga Neji" in anything that is Naruto. You should of put this crap in the original arena. It is unbelievable original...for a kid. I agree with tyod2 AND THEN SOME. Please I hope you do delete this comment like I'm sure you will so I can come back and laugh at all the narutards to vote this into the winners circle or make this place.
