I used the gold galoshes for a previous similar Captain Marvel cosplay, since that matched the overall color of the costume better. But I chose the zippy boots this time, as the zippers match the stitches on the boots of the character (which are in the ref pic, but probably too small to be seen). - Report As Spam

Maybe use yellow sock/stockings instead of those boots? Or maybe find yellow shoes ? But over alll I think your cosplay looks exactly like him!
