As far as I've seen, the only connection between each Ursula cosplay is the Yemaya's Pearl bottom, which makes sense. I went for the simplest top, because that's what Ursula's bodysuit/top is; simple. The earrings and lips could have been better, I agree. I chose not to incorporate a background because I was cosplaying Ursula, not a specific scene or setting. My interest was in portraying the character herself.
