His birth name is Adrian Fahrenheits Tepes, but he changed his name to Alucard to show his opposition to his father. His mother, Lisa, was burned as a witch, where she requested for him to not hold a grudge against humans. He has aided the Belmonts in fighting Dracula, and later joined a Japanese secret government agency under the name Genya Arikado, where he assisted Dracula's reincarnation Soma Cruz.

- Thanks for your comments! I also feel that I have to address the color of the cape. In the reference pic, his cape is white on the inside, but Symphony of the Night (which this pic is from) starts him out with a black cape with a red inside. That's the one that I was trying to show, but I couldn't find any artwork with that particular cape.

I think it's rather odd how alike Alucard and Raphael Sorel are, however... :
