Description:
The spirit guardian of a village named Jang Hui, she's a kind and powerful spirit who watches over them.
When the gang arrives, Katara disguises herself as the Painted Lady, visiting the villagers at night to heal them. While there, Aang and Katara destroy a Fire Nation factory, causing the soldiers there to attack the village. In order to protect them, Katara defends the villagers as the Painted Lady, driving them all out. Afterwards, the true Painted Lady visits her and thanks her. - Date: 01/17/2011

All right, just a couple of things:
(1) I know she has a veil on in the ref pic, but when ever I tried to put a veil on, the hat would come off. Except the western zodiac, but when I put it on, you couldn't see her face.
(2) I couldn't find anything for the ropes or shell, I did try to use this soup necklace thing, but it took off the hood when I put it on XD
So anyways, please enjoy and comment.
