- Description: As one of the first members of his class to reach the rank of Jounin, Neji is one of the most reknowned ninja in Konoha. His skills include mastery of the Byakugan, which afford him almost 360 vision and the ability to see the flow of chakra. The name "Neji" is a play on the word "screw," which most likely refers to his "Kaiten" technique where he releases chakra from his body and spins rapidly to repel incoming attacks. This is a cosplay of Neji as an ANBU member. Hope you like it!

I used to be part of an awesome Anbu guild. It was hacked though. We had the right uniforms and everything. xD I think this wold be a 5/5 for a normal anbu. It doesn't match neji so 4/5

- wrong skin color, ANBU don't have that costume, neji never uses scrolls, and there is better hair for Neji. honestly, it looks nothing like him.
