Description:
Monkey D. Luffy is the protaganist of the manga, One piece.
He is a strong young man with the ability to transform himself into various sea creatures, including, but not limited to: octopus, and merman.
I tried my best to make use of gaia's items to best represent multiple of Luffy's different regular transformations, and not to brag or anything, but I think I've done an above-average job compared to some of the other cosplays around here.

- but it doesnt match the ref to ppl like me unfamilar with that form, its hard to judge =( so I wont place a vote as not to affect your score. Good luck though
