i'm so very tired of sailor moon entries.
the wings are a lil off.
i like the ideal of the low part of the dress, but I don't understand the bow.
and in the ref. she doesn't have the clips. I believe the clips for the hair is only for sailor forms. I have not seen it on Queen Serenity. - Report As Spam

- Not bad at all. I do suggest different eye shape. I see what you're trying to accomplish with the fairy wings, but it doesn't look right. Her bow isn't as prominent as Princess Serenity's bow. Maybe Angelic Lace? One of the bodices has a bow on the back. And I don't remember her wearing a necklace .u.;; I would also lose the hairclips.
