It's a game where you push dagger-like plastic swords into the barrel where the pirate is hiding. Isn't that a disturbingly weird game to let little kids play...but it's fun! ^_^ The eye patch is on the wrong side because that's how Gaia programmed it to be. If I could put it on the other side I would.
P.S. The title is " Pop-Up Pirate Game Fan." I'm a fan cosplaying like the pirate from the game. Skin tone really shouldn't matter if I'm a fan.

In Japan, it's called "Kurohige Ikkipatsu", which translates to something like "blackbeard One-shot", or something along those lines. XD;
