When you don't know your name
never be afraid
always walk and always talk and ask questions
and someone will tell you your name.
When someone knows your name
you won't have to be afraid
it's because you always walked and you always talked
now someone knows your name.

When No One Knows Your Name is about someone that is shy or someone that can't talk for themself. It is also about how you should get to know people so you are better known and you get better feelings in people.
It is also about the wonders of being a new person in class or town.
This poem is pretty easy to understand because you can take it in any way you want , a new kid at school , you moved to a new town, just about any way!
