Test subject 203 or his real name Washington. unlike others that are clean on the outside, you could say he's been cleaned in the inside. Inducing Isopropanol or rubbing alcohol into him and replacing his "cleaned" body with a new flow of blood cells and regenerative bacteria... and i also placed some parasitic bacteria inside him but it ain't like they're gonna kill him.
