Not bad. The shading looks very fuzzy though rather than smooth. Instead of using the smudge tool try changing the brush opacity and painting over.
Also another big issue is her head shape, it looks like a football and it's very smooshed. I'll pm you a sketch on how it should look, in my opinion. - Report As Spam
