- Looks like her washed his hair in Turpentine xD....turpentine makes it shiny!!! But i like it, nice....Really good for paint!

- Well, I'm only a beginner on MS Paint. When it comes to drawing by hand, I've created a few beauties, along with many failures. ^_^

- Not bad for a beginner and considering you're using a mouse. I have an MS Paint tutorial for sketching and doing clean line work on there if you're interest, can even be done with your mouse.
