- The lips should be a little pinker and there should be shadows and reflections if you want to be realistic. The mouth should extend to half the eye. The eyes should be smaller, the length can fit five times in the face.

- yeah not very realistic. more shading to where the cheek bones should be. then the eyes.....uh so much work actually.

- Not seeing how this is realistic but I can tell you tried. try using shades of blue or purple in your shading to simulate natural shadows. Also try making the eyes a bit smaller and add some pink to the cheeks and lips.

- It doesn't look very realistic. The eyes are very anime and his lips are colorless.
