I think i just put the village image behind and blurred it.

did you vector it?
or did you juust put a picture of the hidden leaf village behind it?
only thing i can find really wrong with it is that his chin is too pointy, his skin is too monotone and its alittle plain...
mabye you could like add the uchiha crest on hus shirt somewhere...
